You may book a certain time but they could turn up late. For example, you may book an early afternoon time and they could arrive as it’s getting dark. That will inevitably increase the loading time and cost.

Sometimes they just don’t turn up at all and so you have to try and contact them and play the waiting game because everywhere else is already booked out.
